NOTE - this is a quick fix not a repair to the common problem of the gearbox or transfer case overfilling / draining either of the gear case components. The transfer case breather valve not working, badly grooved input gear sealing area, worn out input seal, gearbox mainshaft drive spline badly worn or the inner idler shaft o'ring not sealing can all relate to this problem.
NOTE - hose runs from filler plug to filler plug on both gear cases and is used to equalize the pressure differential of these components / alloy sealing washers are fitted to the swivel type fittings to replace the existing plugs plugs of these 2 cases.
